Monday for Mrs. Goodman
Death
Comes as a Shock to a Wide Circle of Friends
Funeral services for Mrs.
Lucena Goodman, widow of Dr. Guy T. Goodman, who died Friday afternoon. will be
at the home., 111 North Mulberry Street, Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock
with Rev. I. K. Umbarger. officiating. Burial will be in Mansfield cemetery.
Although she had been in
failing health the past several weeks, and it was realized her condition was
critical, her death came as a distinct shock to a wide circle of
friends in Mansfield and vicinity.
Besides three sisters, Mrs. M.
E. Kennedy, Mrs. Charles H, Williams, and Mrs. William Bares, all of Cleveland,
she is survived by one brother William Woodward of Los Angeles. A niece Mrs.
Robert Schroer of this city also survives.
The body was removed to the
home Saturday afternoon and friends may call there until the time of service
Monday. Arrangements are in charge of the Charles Schroer company.
